Baby Josie has a little bit of breast milk jaundice... which is a relatively unusual, but not harmful kind of jaundice that lasts a bit longer than in most babies. We had a crazy day at Children's hospital on Friday getting lots of tests done to confirm that there is no other reason for her to be jaundiced, and thankfully it looks like she is fine! So she may continue to look a wee bit tanned in her photos for a few more weeks...
Other than that, life has been getting back into a bit of a pattern. A different pattern for sure, but it's nice to know more what to expect day to day with our little one. Last night we even went to Emily's wedding and it went off without a hitch! We were there for more than 3 hours with no incidents. Next weekend we are off to Portland and Seaside for a three day weekend to throw the whole pattern thing off again! Hopefully it will be a nice low key trip.
