Water Park Fun

Better post these pics quick before summer is GONE and this is a distant memory. We were at the water park in West Linn, OR on a 95 degree day. Today was in the low 60s and windy, sure felt like fall is here.

Meemo and Nonno were here this morning for a few hours on their way to get Uncle Claude from Germany at Seatac. It's been a while since we have seen them and it was great to spend a little time!

Meet Pim

This weekend Maria and Kyle came to visit, and along came their new canine addition to the family: Pim the Old English Sheepdog! So sweet, so cute, and so much fun. Josie LOVED her and had so much fun, even crying after Pim left.
We had a little birthday BBQ for Eric today in honor of his 30th birthday. Carl and Ashley also made it for the party. Carl is going to UW this fall and we are looking forward to having him around more.
And, on a random note, Josie has gone into "WHY?" mode in a major way. She reminds me of Heidi, who we called the "whybox" at this stage because she just couldn't stop asking why why why why why???

Burrito

After her bath, Josie will ask to be wrapped up "like a burrito" and carried around in her towel. Here is a cute shot of her wrapped burrito style with grandpa.
